Science fiction has always been literature's way of looking ahead, and of holding a mirror to the present. This set gathers six landmark works: the Victorian imaginations of Jules Verne and H. G. Wells, Isaac Asimov's Foundation, the stories of Ray Bradbury, the visionary fiction of Octavia E. Butler, and Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale.
The Vintage Design jackets, created by our sister company, Juniper Books, set a futuristic landscape in a retro palette of blue and orange. It is a set for the lifelong reader of the genre, and for the newcomer ready to begin with its masters.
