Avoid bending or folding the pages, and use bookmarks to keep your place. If accidental spills occur, gently blot with a dry cloth and let the book air-dry. Occasionally, dust the book jackets with a soft cloth.

Fire Rating Certificates:

Paper books do not typically come with fire rating certificates, as they are not inherently fire-resistant. To protect your books from fire risks, it's advisable to store them away from potential sources of fire or invest in a fire-resistant safe or storage solution for valuable collections.

Warranty & Claims Contact Information:

We offer a warranty for books and jackets if received in a damaged condition. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt at clientservices@junipercustom.com, and include images to initiate the damage claim process.
