FAQs

How do the U.K. editions differ from the U.S. editions?
The U.K. editions, published by Bloomsbury, preserve Rowling's original British text and spelling, beginning with Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, the title under which the first book was originally published.

Why are the jackets inspired by all four houses?
Because the series itself is a story of all four. Harry's tale unfolds through friendships and rivalries across every house, and the final battle draws them together. The design honors that spirit, letting every member of a household find their colors on a single shelf.

Is a single-house version available?
Yes. For a reader devoted to one house, our U.K. Harry Potter House Sets wrap the same Bloomsbury editions in Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff or Slytherin alone.
