Each book is hand-wrapped in premium bookbinding fabric, lending a shelf a warmth and texture that paper cannot offer and a calm uniformity that mixed bindings cannot achieve. The effect is one of understated elegance, the kind that settles gracefully into a serene bedroom, a study or a hotel suite, and lets a designer or stager bring warmth to a shelf without competing for attention.
The Collection
The underlying books are quality hardcovers in previously owned condition, standing 8 to 10 inches tall, a classic and versatile height. Each linear foot includes approximately 10 books.
The collection is offered in six refined neutrals: Midnight, Coal Black, Gunmetal, Smoke, Oatmeal and Parchment. Choose one tone for a seamless shelf, or blend several for a gentle, layered palette.

Ordering and Timing

What is the difference between fabric-wrapped and paper-wrapped books?
Paper-wrapped books offer a crisp, matte finish in twenty colors, ideal for bold, graphic color blocks. Fabric-wrapped books are softer and more textural, offered in six refined neutrals, and bring warmth and quiet sophistication to a room.
What fabric colors are available?
Six: Midnight, Coal Black, Gunmetal, Smoke, Oatmeal and Parchment. The same six are offered in our oversized size, so the two can be paired seamlessly.
How many fabric-wrapped books are in a linear foot?
Approximately 10 at standard size. To estimate your order, measure each shelf in inches and divide by twelve.
