Juniper Custom's Modern Leather Books by the Foot bring together collector's editions from two of the most celebrated names in luxury bookbinding: Easton Press and The Franklin Library. These are not simply beautiful books — they are benchmarks of the bookmaker's art.

The Collection

Each volume features the hallmark details that have made Easton Press and Franklin Library editions so passionately collected: elaborate gilt-decorated leather bindings, gilded page edges, silk moiré endpapers, and satin page ribbons. Titles draw from the full breadth of the literary canon — classics, history, philosophy, and biography — and are available in a rich variety of modern leather colors, similar to those shown in the photographs.

Each linear foot includes approximately 8–9 books, curated by our team based on current availability and assembled with the same careful eye we bring to every Juniper Custom order. Books are in like-new condition and may occasionally include a previous owner's name or nameplate inside — a small detail that only adds to their collector's character.
