Children's Young Readers Book Set - Full Custom - Get Started with a Deposit

A child's first library can shape a lifetime of reading. We curate up to ten titles for a young reader, from timeless classics such as Little Women, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland to recent Newbery and Caldecott winners, and design jackets around their favorite colors, creatures and passions. The result is a set to grow up with: a centerpiece for a bedroom shelf, a gift for a birthday or milestone, and an open invitation to read.
Books may also be curated in their publishers' original jackets, or without jackets at all.
The Process
- Begin with a deposit. Click "Get Started with a Deposit" and proceed to checkout.
- We reach out within 2 business days to discuss the number of books, any authors or subjects you would like included, and your design preferences. You are not limited to the examples on this page.
- Research and design. Our team researches titles and availability while a designer creates your initial design concept. This typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
- Your proposal. We present an estimate and preliminary design outlining the full cost and lead time.
- Approval. If you accept, we send an invoice before acquiring the books and finalizing the design.
Your deposit is deducted in full from the total project estimate.
Full Custom projects vary in cost and lead time depending on scope and design.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers our labor to research books and prepare design concepts.

Yes. Share the stories a child already loves, or those you loved at their age, and our curators will build the set around them.
How do you choose books for a particular age?
Our curators consider reading level, interests and the moment in a child's life, balancing beloved classics with the best of recent children's literature.
Can the design reflect a child's passions?
Certainly. A favorite color, animal or theme can carry across every spine, so the set feels as though it were always meant to be theirs.
