For years, readers waited each month for the next arrival. Books Everyone Should Own, the beloved subscription from our sister company Juniper Books, paired twelve of the greatest works of literature with some of the most admired custom jackets we have ever created. The subscription has since been retired, and the complete collection is now available here as a single set, whether for the reader building a library of the classics or the former subscriber who wishes to complete the collection at last.

The jackets draw their inspiration from the Victorian era, when bookbinders experimented boldly with pattern, color and technique to create covers that stirred the imagination before a single page was turned. We share that belief: a great book should be as extraordinary to behold as it is to read, and should remain proudly on display long after its final chapter.

The Collection

Twelve classics published by Everyman's Library, each wrapped in our original Victorian-inspired custom book jackets. The jackets are printed in our Boulder studio in matte inks of rich hue.
