When school spirit calls for a grander gesture, a full wall of books can carry it. We design large collections and book murals around a university's logo, mascot and colors, sized to a bookcase, a niche or an entire wall, for home offices, corporate lobbies, athletic facilities and alumni centers. Each design begins with your space and your school, and the result is a statement of belonging seen by everyone who enters the room.
The Process
- Begin with a deposit. Click "Get Started with a Deposit" and proceed to checkout.
- We reach out within 2 business days to discuss your school, your design preferences, and the measurements of the bookcase or wall where the collection will live.
- Research and design. A designer researches imagery and licensing for your school and prepares a rendering. This typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Murals are usually designed for appearance; if you would like books curated for content, let us know and our curator will join the project.
- Your proposal. We present an estimate and initial Design Concept outlining the full cost and timeline.
- Approval. If you accept, we send an invoice before acquiring the books and finalizing the design.
Your deposit is deducted in full from the total project estimate.
Full Custom projects vary in cost and lead time depending on scope and design.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers our labor to research images and licenses and prepare design concepts.
