The Process

Begin by clicking "Get Started with a Deposit" and proceeding to checkout. Within 2 business days, our team will reach out to discuss the scale of your project, the number of books in each set or installation, and your design preferences. A dedicated curator researches availability while a designer develops initial jacket concepts — typically within 1–2 weeks. You'll receive a comprehensive proposal and design concepts outlining the full scope, cost, and timeline. If you choose to proceed, an invoice for the balance is sent before books are acquired and design is finalized. Your deposit is deducted in full from the total.

Full custom projects vary in cost and lead time depending on scope and complexity.

Simply share your stationery files or high-resolution images with our design team when we reach out after your deposit, and they will develop jacket concepts that feel like a natural continuation of your wedding's visual story.

How far in advance should we commission a wedding book installation?
As early as possible — and ideally no less than 8–12 weeks before your wedding date, depending on the scale and complexity of your project. Custom jacket design, book sourcing, printing, and production all take time, and weddings have immovable deadlines in a way that other projects do not. We always work as efficiently as we can, and we will give you an honest timeline in your proposal — but the earlier you reach out, the more time we have to do the work the way it deserves to be done.
