Made to Order at Juniper Custom in Boulder, Colorado

No skyline tells a city's story quite like New York's, each tower a record of ambition, invention and style. This set gathers three hardcovers that trace the rise of Manhattan, from its first skyscrapers to its most exceptional apartment buildings. Our custom jackets evoke the texture of building materials, angular architectural lines and sun-glinting rooftops. It is a set for the architecture lover, the New Yorker at heart, and anyone who has looked up in wonder on a Manhattan street.

FAQs

Is the set mostly photography or history?
Both. Each volume pairs rich illustration with a history of the buildings that shaped the city.

What inspired the jacket design?
The materials and geometry of the skyline itself: stone, steel, glass and the light that catches the rooftops.

Is there another New York set?
Yes. Our New York City Grand Central Set carries a mural of the terminal across eight oversized books.
