A contemporary home asks for books as considered as its architecture. Among the libraries shown here is the home of Gwyneth Paltrow, where Thatcher curated art books and family favorites for a living room that is intentionally geometric and minimalist. In the dining room, we worked with the palette, gathering books as published in black, white and grey and dressing others in our custom jackets in matching tones. The interior design is by Windsor Smith.
Those rooms offer only a glimpse of what is possible. We curate books on any subject, from art, fashion and travel to culture and entertainment, and, if you wish, design custom jackets in any color or pattern, so that your library becomes a seamless part of your home. Books may also be curated in their publishers' original jackets, or without jackets at all.
The Process
- Begin with a deposit. Click "Get Started with a Deposit" and proceed to checkout.
- We reach out within 2 business days to discuss the number of books, any authors or subjects you would like included, and your design preferences. You are never limited to the examples on this page.
- Research and design. Our team researches titles and availability while a designer creates your initial design concept. This typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
- Your proposal. We present an estimate and preliminary design outlining the full cost and lead time.
- Approval. If you accept, we send an invoice before acquiring the books and finalizing the design.
Your deposit is deducted in full from the total project estimate.
Full Custom projects vary in cost and lead time depending on scope and design.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers our labor to research books and prepare design concepts.

Can the books follow our color palette?
