The events people remember are those in which every detail feels intentional. Books stop guests in their tracks; they invite touch, curiosity and conversation. We design book murals, installations and custom-jacketed sets for conferences, galas, brand activations, bar and bat mitzvahs and milestone celebrations, whether as dramatic backdrops, table accents, branded gifts or treasured takeaways.
Books may wear custom jackets designed around your event's visual identity, their publishers' original jackets, or no jackets at all for a clean, natural look.
The Process
- Begin with a deposit. Click "Get Started with a Deposit" and proceed to checkout.
- We reach out within 2 business days to discuss the scale of your installation, your design preferences and any curatorial direction.
- Research and design. A curator researches availability while a designer develops initial jacket concepts, if desired. This typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
- Your proposal. We present an estimate and design concepts outlining the full scope, cost and timeline.
- Approval. If you accept, we send an invoice before acquiring the books and finalizing the design.
Your deposit is deducted in full from the total project estimate.
Full Custom projects vary in cost and lead time depending on scope and design.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers our labor to research books and prepare design concepts.

Which events suit a custom book installation?
Nearly any occasion where atmosphere matters, from corporate conferences and product launches to intimate dinners and family celebrations. Guests notice books, photograph them and remember them long after the evening ends.
Can the books carry our branding or theme?
Yes. A logo revealed across a wall of spines, brand colors translated into a mural backdrop, or titles chosen to echo your conference's subject can all be woven into the design.
How early should we begin?
