We are based in Colorado and our founder & CEO loves to ski! We also love working on libraries in the mountains, integrating books about nature, outdoor sports, local history, and other subjects.
At Juniper Custom, we can curate and design a library that perfectly complements the style and themes of mountain houses, whether nestled in a ski town or surrounded by the grandeur of nature.
A few projects featured in the photos include a ski house in Utah where we had the pleasure of curating a library that reflects their passion for the slopes. We handpicked a collection of books then wrapped them in custom printed book jackets with images of a skier on one wall and a snowboarder on the other wall.
In a stunning Aspen home, designed by the Kerry Joyce, bookshelves abound in many rooms. Collaborating closely with the clients we assembled a captivating collection of art books that showcased their interests and tastes. By carefully selecting books on other subjects for different rooms in the house, we ensured that each space had its own unique character and purpose.

- To get started, click Get Started with a Deposit on this page and proceed to checkout.
- Within 2 business days of receiving your deposit, we will follow up to determine:
- How many books you would like in your collection
- Your design preferences.
- Once we have this information, we will assign a Curator to research availability of the books and assign a Designer to create initial jacket design concepts. This part of the process may take 1-2 weeks.
- We will then present an Estimate and initial Design Concepts to you including the proposed total cost of the project and the lead time.
- Should you choose to accept the Estimate, we will send you an Invoice to pay prior to acquiring the books and producing the custom printed jackets.
Full Custom projects vary widely in cost and lead time. A typical project may cost approximately $75 per book with a custom printed jacket, and take 3-4 months to produce, however, some projects may cost more or less.
Please note that the Deposit is non-refundable . The deposit covers our labor to research books and prepare design concepts.
